Rolex Application Engineer

1. Draft functional specifications based on user requirements.
2. Oversee and validate developments and configurations.
3. Train key users and support them during the deployment phases of the new EAM solution for Rolex.
4. Ensure maintenance of the solution and provide user support.
5. Manage future evolution projects.
6. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions to meet company needs in logistics and GMAO/EAM.
7. Collaborate with business teams on strategic evolution projects to define maintenance IT flows and implement the appropriate tools.

1. University degree preferred; significant professional experience in GMAO may compensate.

1. Strong knowledge of GMAO logistics flows and their integration into business processes.
2. Business analysis skills, including drafting and describing functional business processes.
3. Familiarity with solutions such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon, or IBM Maximo is advantageous.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
5. Willingness to travel across all production sites in Switzerland.

Significant professional experience in the domain of GMAO is required.

University degree preferred.
