1. Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the retail team on the floor.
2. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in retail activities.
3. Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate findings to the General Manager.
4. Enhance sales performance through product knowledge, education, and coaching in selling and clientele skills.
5. Uphold and promote RIMOWA's values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
6. Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model.
7. Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring sales processes and providing feedback.
8. Ensure all team members exemplify company strategies, values, and policies.
9. Maintain a respectful sales environment at all times.
10. Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients.
11. Develop plans to improve communication, reputation, performance, and client development.
12. Ensure store tidiness and the correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Professional sales development skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for retail and client service.
5. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
6. Fluency in the national language and English; additional languages are advantageous.
