1. Maintain an organized stock environment.
2. Ensure appropriate product types and quantities are available.
3. Report key performance indicators to the Store Manager.
4. Facilitate easy product location for Client Advisors by explaining the stock system.
5. Ensure stockroom accessibility and compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
6. Communicate stock shortages or tensions to store client advisors.
7. Plan and execute stock counts according to RIMOWA procedures.
8. Coordinate annual stock counts with headquarters.
9. Validate delivery invoices promptly.
10. Supervise deliveries and manage stockroom integration.
11. Liaise with the supply chain team regarding delivery issues.
12. Assist the Client Advisor team with sales as needed.

1. Basic school education

1. Fluency in local language and proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in CEGID and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong product, brand, and market knowledge.
4. Approachable, knowledgeable, and efficient demeanor.
5. Organized, performance-oriented, and empathic.
6. Strong communication and customer service skills.
7. Team player with stress resistance and reliability.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with experience in luxury products preferred.
