1. Maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring the correct type and quantity of products are available.
2. Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Store Manager.
3. Facilitate easy product location for Client Advisors by explaining the stock system.
4. Ensure the stockroom complies with local Health & Safety guidelines and is easily accessible.
5. Communicate stock shortages or tensions to store client advisors.
6. Plan and execute stock counts according to RIMOWA's procedures.
7. Coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts.
8. Validate delivery invoices promptly and supervise deliveries into the stockroom.
9. Liaise with the supply chain team regarding delivery issues.
10. Assist the Client Advisor team in sales as needed.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual and team goals.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
