1. Support the development of both face-to-face and digital training programs in alignment with the training plan established by the Global Training Manager.
2. Assist in the creation of diverse content to enhance training sessions.
3. Ensure accurate reporting of training data across all countries.
4. Participate in managing the internal training application (YOOBIC), including content creation, learner management, and reporting analysis.
5. Contribute to the deployment of training in various formats, including digital, face-to-face, and hybrid models.
6. Address and support the training needs of different regions.
7. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to gather information and develop content tailored to RIMOWA's requirements.

1. Education from a business school or a school specializing in communications/journalism.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent writing skills.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Interest in the luxury fashion and lifestyle sector.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Proactive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to create engaging video content is advantageous.
4. Analytical skills for data reporting and analysis.
