1. Inspect used and returned products to assess repair requirements.
2. Repair or replace defective components using appropriate tools.
3. Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functionality.
4. Estimate repair costs for labor and materials.
5. Inspect new products for defects or shipping damage and report findings.
6. Manage computerized inventory systems for service and repair tracking.
7. Assist in training new technicians and store employees.
8. Handle materials manually or with equipment for department needs.
9. Perform material handling activities such as sorting and packing.
10. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
11. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

1. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.

1. Proficiency with hand and power tools.
2. Attention to detail and quality.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Capability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or technical environment, with hands-on experience in using small hand tools. Experience in machine operation or assembly is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
