1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary personal grooming and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Ensure store standards align with visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a world-class experience.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and offer personalized advice.
6. Introduce complementary products to clients and share product knowledge to drive sales.
7. Process sales confidently and maintain client relationships post-purchase.
8. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure follow-up.
9. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on trends and participating in training.
10. Support stock management in line with management directions.
11. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

4. Excellent personal presentation as a RIMOWA Brand Ambassador.
5. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
