4. Support team members in achieving store sales goals.
5. Present oneself in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
6. Ensure prompt follow-up with client purchases, repairs, and inquiries.
7. Provide an unparalleled customer experience by continuously expanding knowledge of company history, new products, and competitors.
8. Understand and operate the store POS system efficiently.
9. Open and close the register, process payments and returns.
10. Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain and execute store merchandising standards.
12. Ensure store readiness and perform housekeeping duties.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Luxury sales experience preferred.
3. Previous experience in developing existing and prospecting new clients.

1. Professional presentation and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
3. Team player with a strong knowledge of fashion, design trends, and a passion for travel.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury sales or client advisory roles.

High school diploma or equivalent.
