1. Hire, evaluate, train, position, and discipline staff in alignment with Rimowa policies to achieve business strategy and sales goals.
2. Motivate and inform staff to reach sales targets while encouraging individual development and promoting teamwork.
3. Ensure inventory aligns with market needs and optimize stock levels based on sales trends and customer demands.
4. Present merchandise according to Rimowa standards to maximize sales and merchandise turnover.
5. Meet sales performance objectives and uphold superior customer service standards.
6. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales across product categories and clientele.
7. Oversee store operations, including payroll, billing, reconciliation reports, and adherence to internal procedures.
8. Maintain effective communication between the store, office, other store networks, and warehouse.
9. Provide timely and informative business reviews and reports.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
2. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with proficiency in English.
