1. Lead the team to achieve both personal and store sales goals.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor.
3. Provide feedback to the Store Manager on product assortment and customer trends.
4. Train team members in selling techniques and product knowledge.
5. Act as a brand ambassador and engage in community outreach and networking.
6. Coach and develop the sales team, fostering a positive corporate culture.
7. Motivate the team by creating a dynamic work environment.
8. Implement RIMOWA clienteling practices to enhance store performance.
9. Communicate with management to ensure inventory aligns with business needs.
10. Manage repair processes and provide exceptional customer service.
11. Conduct inventory counts and manage stock movements.
12. Ensure accurate receipt and transfer of goods.
13. Maintain POS operations for accurate reporting and accounting.
14. Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports.
15. Manage facilities issues and control operational costs.
16. Merchandise the store and execute window displays according to company guidelines.
17. Maintain display fixtures, lighting, and marketing materials.

1. Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment.
3. Experience in luxury retail is an asset.
4. Proven ability to drive sales and execute events.
5. Strong existing network in the industry or community preferred.
6. Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly.
7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
