Richemont Workforce Planning Analyst

- Conduct workforce analysis and control, monitor labor spending, and provide strategic recommendations to HRBP team and business leaders.
- Translate people movement and initiatives into cost implications, delivering clear and accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team.
- Track and monitor manpower cost development to ensure alignment with operational needs and approved budgets, providing proactive advice on potential issues.
- Collaborate with HR business partnering team to ensure accurate and timely recording of headcount movement and job requisition records in the HR system.
- Analyze data and compile workforce planning performance metrics for leadership review and decision-making.
- Support HR Business Partner team in performing employee compensation data analysis to address retention needs.
- Serve as the point of contact for the Local and Regional Rewards team to support compensation and benefit initiatives.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing, financial, business analytics, labor modeling, or compensation and benefits analytics.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with a keen sense of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of BI Tools and SQL programming is preferable.
- Understanding of HR functions is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize work and solve problems independently under tight timelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility.
