1. Participate in the analysis of business requirements and collaborate with the Product Specialist to define technical solutions.
2. Contribute to the definition of technical requirements for Workday HCM configuration.
3. Assist in the configuration of Workday HCM, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the creation of new reports.
4. Support Core HR operations by troubleshooting issues and assisting users, including participating in incident management.

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. At least 2 years of experience in configuring Core HR in Workday HCM.

1. Proficiency in English; French is advantageous.
2. Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
3. Open-mindedness with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.

Minimum of 2 years in configuring Core HR within Workday HCM.

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
