Richemont Treasury Analyst

The Group Treasury department plays a pivotal role in aligning with the overarching strategy, providing expertise in treasury, risk, and financial processing services while ensuring compliance with Group Finance governance.
- Support and optimize daily cash management processes using Treasury Management System (TMS) functionalities and automation tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury operations, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Support cash flow management activities by utilizing data analytics and TMS capabilities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Treasury Operations reporting through data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions.
- Contribute to process optimization and standardization initiatives within Group Treasury by implementing technology solutions.
- Explore and experiment with new technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, to identify potential applications in treasury management.
- Support the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and other treasury platforms, acting as a liaison with IT and vendors.
- Assist with month-end closing and audit trail preparation using TMS data and automated reconciliation tools.
- Support internal controls audit preparation and ensure compliance with treasury policies, focusing on automated controls and system security.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security controls to protect treasury systems and data from cyber threats and fraud.
- Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High proficiency in IT tools, including advanced Excel skills and scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation technologies.
- Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows between financial systems.
- Interest in cybersecurity best practices and data protection principles.
- Basic project management skills with the ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or related field is required.
Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or associated fields.
