Richemont Treasury Analyst

The Group Treasury department plays a pivotal role in aligning with the overarching strategy, providing expertise in treasury, risk, and financial processing services while ensuring compliance with Group Finance governance.

1. Support and optimize daily cash management processes using Treasury Management System (TMS) functionalities and automation tools.
2. Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury operations, adhering to established policies and procedures.
3. Support cash flow management activities by utilizing data analytics and TMS capabilities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
4. Develop and maintain Treasury Operations reporting through data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions.
5. Contribute to process optimization and standardization initiatives within Group Treasury by implementing technology solutions.
6. Explore and experiment with new technologies, such as blockchain and artificial intelligence, to identify potential applications in treasury management.
7. Support the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and other treasury platforms, acting as a liaison with IT and vendors.
8. Assist with month-end closing and audit trail preparation using TMS data and automated reconciliation tools.
9. Support internal controls audit preparation and ensure compliance with treasury policies, focusing on automated controls and system security.
10. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security controls to protect treasury systems and data from cyber threats and fraud.

1. Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or related field.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
3. High proficiency in IT tools, including advanced Excel skills and scripting languages like Python.
4. Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
5. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation technologies.
6. Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows between financial systems.
7. Interest in cybersecurity best practices and data protection principles.
8. Basic project management skills with the ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or related field is required.
