- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee performance and development.
- Curate, develop, and acquire training manuals, guides, and course materials to ensure high-quality learning resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Inspire a culture of learning and continuous improvement among employees.
- Assess and recommend talent development plans for contact centre teams.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in training and development to bring innovative ideas to learning programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for learning and development matters, providing expert guidance and support.
- Provide administrative support for planning and delivering learning and development events.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer.
- Experience in training and people development for retail or luxury brand contact centre staff.
- Proficiency in 'Retail language' communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Strong writing and record-keeping skills.
- Advanced organizational skills.
A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a trainer, specifically within retail or luxury brand contact centres.
