1. Update associate information in HRIS and maintain employee-related files.
2. Perform administrative duties related to people data for expense allocation and reporting.
3. Support data analysis from various reports to extrapolate relevant business data.
4. Communicate leave of absence and benefits processes.
5. Address payroll inquiries related to Dayforce, earned time, and holiday pay.
6. Assist with managing the offer process, including inputting offer details and coordinating background checks.
7. Manage NSPOs for HR and collaborate with Finance and Procurement for PO setup.
8. Support onboarding initiatives, including sending guidelines to managers, arranging onboarding gifts, and administering the I-9 process.

1. 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Experience across all HR functions to enhance business performance.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Experience with SAP is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills for data analysis.
4. Excellent communication skills.

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to various HR functions.

Expected salary range: $31-36/hr, based on relevant skills and experience.
