1. Ensure the effective execution and compliance of Pick & Pack operations in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
2. Lead and manage a team of logistics operators to achieve quality, cost, time, and safety objectives.
3. Provide daily support through coaching and performance management to enhance team productivity.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve sector performance.
5. Go the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

1. Higher education degree (HEG, University, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in team and project management.

1. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
3. Proficiency in standard office software and SAP; familiarity with POWER BI or similar data analysis tools is advantageous.
4. Fluency in French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).

Demonstrated experience in a dynamic and challenging logistics environment, with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.

Higher education degree (HEG, University, or equivalent).
