Richemont Senior Payroll Manager

1. Oversee the comprehensive payroll management for a designated employee portfolio.
2. Prepare and verify all payroll variables, including bonuses, overtime, absences, and leaves.
3. Ensure accuracy in payroll slips and manage social declarations with entities such as URSSAF and retirement funds.
4. Handle payroll advances and monthly DSN submissions.
5. Maintain relationships with external social partners, including social security and insurance organizations.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in payroll management tools, particularly SAP.
2. Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments such as HR and accounting.
3. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills to elucidate complex payroll aspects.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position, ideally within the retail sector.

Annual gross salary ranging from €40,000 to €45,000.

The position offers a fixed-term contract of 18 months with a competitive salary package.
