Richemont Senior Manager, Cyber Incident Response

- Develop and implement a global incident response strategy in alignment with security and risk frameworks.
- Manage and mentor Regional Cyber Incident Response Managers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for major cyber incidents and coordinate executive-level communications.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to drive improvements in detection, containment, and recovery processes.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for incident response effectiveness.
- Standardize incident response playbooks and evaluate advanced IR tools for automation and efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders across Global Security Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance to integrate incident response into enterprise risk management.
- Present quarterly reviews of the incident response program to senior leadership and audit committees.
- 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple IR teams.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent; advanced credentials preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement.
A minimum of 8 years in Cyber Security, including 3 years in a global or multinational setting managing incident response teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
