1. Identify requirements and establish best practices for DevOps processes.
2. Enhance tools governance, processes, and automations to support DevOps best practices.
3. Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Ensure seamless and secure service delivery to customers.
5. Standardize offerings and contribute to the implementation of integrations, tools, and automations.

1. 2–4 years of experience in Software/DevOps Engineering, preferably in a large international company.
2. Fluency in English (C1 level).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
5. Proficient documentation skills.

1. Proficiency in Python development, with a focus on automation and maintainable software principles.
2. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools and capabilities, including VCS (Git) and Artefact Registry.
3. Knowledge of GitLab and JFrog is advantageous.
4. Experience with Docker, AWS or GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
5. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.

A minimum of 2–4 years in Software/DevOps Engineering, ideally within a large international organization.
