Richemont Senior Credit Manager

1. Streamline credit and collection processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
2. Oversee accounts receivable management for all Maisons, including jewelry, watches, and fashion brands.
3. Provide credit support and reporting for brand leadership across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
4. Integrate newly acquired brands into the Credit team's responsibilities.
5. Develop relationships with key and high-risk customer accounts to ensure superior service.
6. Escalate high-risk customers and collaborate with Finance controllers to mitigate losses.
7. Work with third-party agencies to recover debts and products.
8. Resolve accounts receivable issues, including month-end balancing and billing problems.
9. Lead the month-end AR close process and prepare related reports.
10. Manage and support the performance of Assistant Credit Managers and Credit Analysts.
11. Provide training and resources for new hires and ongoing support for Credit Analysts.
12. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure superior service and balanced workloads.
13. Assess credit risk for new customers and approve credit limit requests.
14. Collaborate with brand management on sales strategies and collection issues.
15. Ensure compliance with internal control policies, including AML and tax exemption.
16. Manage external audit requests related to wholesale AR.
17. Partner with IT for credit process enhancements and SAP improvements.

1. Minimum of 10 years in accounts receivable or credit-related roles, with 5 years in management.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
3. Experience with SAP preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 10 years in accounts receivable or credit-related roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is strongly preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
