Richemont Senior Accountant

1. Manage and oversee financial operations for assigned business areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
2. Coordinate the financial closing process for month-end and year-end, collaborating with various teams such as Accounting, Brand Finance, and Operations.
3. Handle fixed asset accounting, including CAPEX reporting, and monitor related activities.
4. Review and analyze trial balances, providing variance commentary as necessary.
5. Execute general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and P&L analysis.
6. Monitor and process sales and margin adjustments across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels.
7. Engage in inventory accounting, including journal entries, provisions, and reconciliations.
8. Prepare sales, margin, inventory, and intercompany management reports.
9. Analyze and reconcile gift certificates, merchandise credits, and customer deposit accounts.
10. Prepare monthly lease accounting entries for assigned areas.
11. Support unclaimed property reporting and state filings.
12. Participate in process improvement projects to ensure compliance with internal controls.
13. Assist in annual internal and external audits.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany processes.
15. Participate in key user testing for new system processes as required.

1. Accounting degree with a minimum of five years of experience.
2. Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analytics.
3. Result-oriented team player with multitasking abilities.
4. Strong analytical skills and high integrity.
5. Self-starter with organizational skills, able to work independently under pressure.
6. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, SAP experience is a plus.
7. High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
