Richemont Security Enterprise Architect

- Bridge risk and technology delivery by translating control objectives into actionable technical standards and design principles.
- Integrate with risk and compliance management to ensure security architecture supports regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
- Define and maintain security reference architectures, establishing security blueprints and reusable components.
- Drive secure-by-design practices in collaboration with enterprise architects, solution architects, and platform owners.
- Promote alignment across domains to ensure consistent integration of security controls across infrastructure, applications, data, and cloud environments.
- Provide architectural guidance to ensure security, resilience, and compliance requirements are embedded and validated.
- Influence enterprise decision-making by communicating the business value of security controls in terms of risk mitigation and compliance.
- Significant experience as a Security Architect or Enterprise Architect in a complex, large-scale enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or Zachman.
- Proven expertise in security controls across domains including encryption, IAM, cloud security, and endpoint security.
- Strong understanding of risk management practices and compliance frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
- Ability to translate control objectives into practical, repeatable technical controls.
- Skilled collaborator across technology delivery, Group Security, and GRC functions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate security architecture in business terms.
- Skilled at influencing and guiding stakeholders in decision making.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide cross-functional teams.
- Technology neutral, focused on outcomes.
- Fluency in English; fluency in French is an asset.
Significant experience as a Security Architect or Enterprise Architect in a complex, large-scale enterprise is required.
