1. Develop new features for CREWS and LiveChat products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
2. Evaluate and challenge technical and functional solutions to ensure high standards and future-proof implementations.
3. Collaborate with agile teams to understand, refine, and estimate project requirements.
4. Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
5. Participate in parallel key initiatives to develop dedicated projects.
6. Produce significant, reusable, and scalable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
7. Maintain the functionality of CREWS and LiveChat and the Salesforce instance.
8. Ensure traceability through Jira for agile project management.
9. Attend and participate in regular agile meetings, including Daily Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

1. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud development and technical project delivery.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
3. Solid experience with Service Cloud, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, and related capabilities.
4. Knowledge of Salesforce Digital Engagement implementation with enhanced channels.
5. Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
6. Proven ability to integrate systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
7. Salesforce certifications are a plus (Admin, Developer 1 and 2, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
8. Practical experience working in agile teams using Jira and Confluence.
9. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
