1. Lead the development team to ensure successful project setup and adherence to best practices.
2. Support the development team in resolving impediments and managing escalation processes.
3. Anticipate platform dependencies and potential regressions.
4. Collaborate with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and technical issues.
5. Provide technical guidance for creating custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
6. Participate in the full application lifecycle, from technical design to deployment, ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.
7. Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on feature development progress.
8. Ensure the functional and technical quality of features through cross-testing and involvement in all test phases.
9. Assist the support team in delivering quality solutions for production bugs.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally with exposure to call center solutions.
3. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II, and JavaScript Developer certifications.

1. Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
2. Experience in managing a development team.
3. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Salesforce development, such as Apex and JavaScript.
4. Experience with Jira and Confluence.
5. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce products, including debugging capabilities.
6. Exposure to test automation technologies and best practices.
7. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development with team management experience and exposure to call center solutions.
