1. Manage sales administration, including handling inquiries via email and phone, order tracking, and after-sales service management.
2. Update pending order files regularly.
3. Coordinate and oversee shipments and deliveries, including stock and trade marketing.
4. Collaborate with teams to ensure the receipt of new products.
5. Assist in the opening of new accounts.
6. Maintain and update stock data in Booster and SAP, including restocking processes.
7. Monitor and analyze sales and stock levels.
8. Organize staff sales events.
9. Propose and implement new projects, events, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
