1. Implement the OECD’s five-step framework for risk-based due diligence in the precious metals supply chain, with a focus on gold.
2. Build and maintain a comprehensive supply chain database, encompassing all suppliers and raw materials due diligence information.
3. Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for refining partners and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the Environment Responsible Sourcing team to enhance emission factors data.
5. Support Varinor in evaluating and selecting new gold sourcing sources.
6. Conduct tailored audits at all tier levels within the gold supply chain.
7. Monitor stakeholders' performance against ESG metrics and metals KPIs regularly.
8. Define and oversee ad hoc due diligence exercises to ensure compliance with Swiss and transnational sustainability regulations.
9. Collaborate with the RJC and Training Project Manager to implement RJC certifications and guidelines.
10. Conduct internal audits and gap analyses against industry standards as required.
11. Support the Head of Precious Materials in preparing for the Gold Committee and escalate issues if necessary.
12. Organize periodic meetings with Varinor, Maisons, MCC, and other stakeholders to update strategies and communicate about risk evolution, audit results, and ongoing actions.
13. Prepare meeting minutes and support presentations.

1. 7-10 years of experience with proven project management and analytical skills.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Good knowledge of the Group and the Maisons or the gold industry is advantageous.
4. Readiness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.

7-10 years of experience with proven project management and analytical skills in a relevant field.
