Richemont Regional Trade Compliance Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive trade compliance strategies across the region to enhance regulatory adherence.
- Monitor and assess trade compliance regulations, communicating impacts and necessary actions to stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for import/export activities, adhering to mandatory data requirements and authorizations.
- Identify trade risks and implement controls to mitigate regulatory violations.
- Provide trade compliance oversight for projects, ensuring alignment with country-specific regulations and Group policies.
- Conduct gap analysis for new markets, distribution flows, and e-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to optimize product classification, duty savings, and compliance with trade agreements.
- Deliver trade compliance training and support local teams in operationalizing Group directives.
- Over 10 years of experience in trade compliance within a brand company, consultancy, or 3PL.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance in APAC.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex problems.
- Extensive experience working with customs and import/export control authorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in a third Asian language is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across functions.
Over 10 years in trade compliance, with expertise in customs regulations and import/export laws in APAC.
