1. Lead the full project life cycle for multiple logistics initiatives, ensuring alignment with Richemont's strategic goals.
2. Conduct pre-study gap analyses and propose efficient, compliant new processes.
3. Regularly report on project progress, issues, and risks across all phases.
4. Collaborate with global and local teams to align stakeholders on tasks.
5. Oversee change management in logistics warehousing, compliance, and import-export.
6. Facilitate workshops and communication to ensure project success.
7. Deliver projects on time, meeting quality standards and developing support documentation.
8. Establish project governance for post go-live improvements.
9. Lead major logistics network and transformation projects.
10. Ensure adherence to the APAC logistics operating model and standardization across projects.
11. Identify and prioritize regional improvement initiatives.
12. Support regional and cross-functional projects, providing operating model expertise.
13. Centralize management of major RFQs.
14. Continuously improve warehouse and distribution SOPs.
15. Collaborate with Group Logistics to implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
16. Optimize transportation from CDC to RDC, RDC to POS, and to End Customer.

1. Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related fields preferred.

1. Strong project management expertise in logistics operations.
2. Experience managing complex projects with data-driven decisions.
3. Background in FMCG/High Tech Ecommerce and Omni-Channel projects advantageous.
4. Solid logistics and process design, implementation, and reengineering skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and KPI development skills.
7. Self-motivated, flexible, able to work independently or collaboratively.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
10. SAP implementation experience (GTS, eWM, MM).
11. Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong project management and logistics operations expertise in warehouse and transportation is essential. Experience managing complex projects with data-driven decisions is required. Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related fields preferred.
