Richemont Regional FP&A Manager

- Lead financial planning processes for Maisons, including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, delivering insightful analysis to drive growth and cost management.
- Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and review capital investment proposals for retail and wholesale channel development.
- Oversee monthly actuals closing, ensuring adherence to Group deadlines, international standards, and internal controls.
- Serve as the point of contact for data analytics within the FP&A team and across functions.
- Coordinate and drive the development of analytical dashboards, financial models, and scenario analyses.
- Support data governance principles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Lead a digital FP&A community across markets to drive improvements, address gaps, and identify training needs.
- Support the transition to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the utilization of Looker.
- BA/BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong base knowledge of accounting standards, financial and operating principles.
- Proven history of managing complex structures with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient use of SAP (FI/CO and SEM) and planning platforms, preferably Anaplan.
- Adept use of data visualization tools and techniques such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Looker.
- Specific experience with GCP: BigQuery and Looker considered highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong team mindset and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
5+ years of direct experience in FP&A, preferably in luxury retail, with a proven history of managing complex structures with multiple stakeholders.
BA/BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred.
