Richemont Purchasing Officer

- Manage the vendor request process in the SAP system, including creation, modification, and extension of vendor master data, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal requestors to gather necessary information and documentation for vendor master data maintenance.
- Ensure all documentation from vendors and requestors is complete and meets Richemont's requirements.
- Track and update the status of vendor maintenance requests, proactively following up on outstanding approvals and informing stakeholders upon completion.
- Manage the purchase order process in the SAP system, including creation and modification of SAP Purchase Orders, monitoring the approval process, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure Purchase Orders are accurate and up-to-date, requesting updated or missing documentation as needed.
- Conduct periodic analysis of purchase order data to ensure compliance with procurement policies and escalate instances of non-compliance as appropriate.
- Assist in the annual vendor review process.
- Provide guidance and support to internal requestors on P2P processes, promoting best practices.
- Monitor and report on process performance and success metrics.
- Tertiary education or equivalent in business administration, procurement, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SAP modules Purchase Order and Supplier Management.
- Strong command of Microsoft software, including Teams and SharePoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Knowledge of other Asian languages is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Accounting, preferably within a multinational company environment.
Tertiary education or equivalent in business administration, procurement, or related fields.
