1. Serve as the interface between the Business and Product Teams.
2. Promote the Product vision and manage the product roadmap and budget.
3. Oversee the implementation of a new platform for ESG reporting.
4. Supervise the project team to ensure timely validation and approval of milestones and deliverables.
5. Provide ongoing product support and manage enhancements for FY26 reporting.
6. Collaborate with the implementation team to define a testing strategy and timeframe.
7. Develop a migration plan for the user community to the new platform.
8. Translate business stakeholder needs into product requirements.
9. Prioritize demands in collaboration with Group Sustainability.
10. Maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI.
11. Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.
12. Assess IT tools to ensure they meet business requirements.
13. Create and share product training support, tools, and documents.
14. Support business in change management and share best practices.
15. Conduct regular updates on product evolution and contribution to business vision.
16. Continuously improve products based on user feedback and key metrics.

1. 10 years of experience in project/product management in multinational environments.
2. Functional experience in financial or non-financial reporting.
3. Expertise in data management and process mapping or re-engineering.
4. Knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile methodologies.

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in facilitation, change management, and cross-business problem solving.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to present ideas at different management levels.
6. Experience in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

A minimum of 10 years in project/product management, with a focus on multinational and innovative environments.

B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
