Richemont Product Analyst

- Gather and assess business requirements, evaluating them for business value and ROI.
- Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.
- Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Write and update functional specifications, wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of specifications by both business and technical teams.
- Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
- Review functional implications of technical decisions.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
- Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.
- Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
- Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
- Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
- Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.
- IIBA certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, with a proven track record in writing functional specifications and user stories.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
