Richemont Order Management System Developer

- Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and support omni-channel and e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and scrum masters.
- Ensure adherence to Group and Maison's standards in technology, flows, and operations.
- Review functional specifications and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to and enforce best practices and architecture guidelines.
- Develop and perform unit tests according to specifications.
- Provide technical insights to QA for test case and acceptance criteria definition.
- Support Product Owner and Project Manager in estimating development efforts.
- Collaborate with the Support Team to resolve production software issues and enrich technical documentation.
- Work with the DevOps team to automate integration and testing processes.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Fluent Commerce OMS.
- Expertise in Java development (Java >= 8) within an e-commerce/OMS context.
- Experience with microservices using Spring Boot & MongoDB, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of REST & GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and Domain Driven Design.
A minimum of five years in a similar role, with experience in complex, fast-paced, distributed environments.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
