Richemont Maintenance Technician

1. Manage logistics for internal and external events, including furniture and decoration setup.
2. Participate in the setup and relocation of the Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie site.
3. Address and process approved work requests from employees.
4. Independently execute work requests and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards.
5. Coordinate with external companies for repairs and maintenance, and oversee these processes.
6. Submit maintenance documentation, such as work requests and inventories, to the supervisor.
7. Monitor and implement energy-saving measures in accordance with legal requirements.
8. Initiate work requests for employees as needed for all completed tasks.
9. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on manual doors and sanitary facilities.

1. Basic training in a building-related trade (CFC).
2. Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.

Experience in building maintenance or a related field is required.
