1. Collaborate directly with the R&I process department to optimize cutting tools in milling using the R&I platform's machining resources.
2. Conduct a comprehensive review of existing technologies.
3. Measure and characterize cutting tools.
4. Design and execute experimental test plans on CNC machines.
5. Analyze and digitally optimize tool geometries.
6. Propose technological solutions for implementation.
7. Identify and engage with specialized external partners and suppliers.
8. Synthesize and document technological and performance results.

1. Enrolled in an engineering program, specializing in mechanical engineering, experimental machining, and numerical simulation (Ansys, Abaqus, Matlab).
2. Strong interest in material removal processes and cutting mechanisms.
3. Proficiency in English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in mechanical engineering, machining, or numerical simulation.
