1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
2. Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
3. Estimate development efforts and track progress, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
4. Develop and maintain user interfaces using PWA, Next/React JS, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience.
5. Design, develop, and maintain API middleware to support frontend functionality and integrate with various backend systems.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of composable architectures, promoting code reuse, maintainability, and scalability.
7. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
8. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
9. Design secured solutions following Richemont CyberSec recommendations and proactively improve security posture.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.

1. 2+ years of experience as a Lead Developer.
2. 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including design and implementation with Swift, Next/React, CSS, Node.js, npm.
3. Solid understanding of frontend development principles and best practices such as responsive design and performance optimization.
4. Experience with API middleware development and Docker-based deployments.
5. Proficiency in unit, integration, and system testing methodologies.
6. Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams.
8. Proactive and self-driven with a keen interest in exploring new technologies.

A minimum of 2 years in a lead developer role and over 5 years in frontend development, with a focus on Swift, Next/React, and related technologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
