1. Master the problematics and objectives of laser process optimization.
2. Operate and manage laser equipment effectively.
3. Propose strategies and parameter ranges for laser processes.
4. Design and conduct test plans to optimize laser procedures.
5. Analyze test results and provide insights for process improvements.
6. Develop standards and recommendations for laser processing.
7. Synthesize, capitalize, and report the results obtained.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Engineering (EPF, HES, Grandes Ecoles, or equivalent) with a specialization in microtechnology, mechatronics, or mechanics.
2. Knowledge in optics and laser technologies.

1. Ability to conduct experimental plans and interest in production environments.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in written communication and analytical rigor.
