1. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure systems support including incident management and change management.
3. Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities with development and testing execution.
4. Assist users in appropriating solutions as required.
5. Support the continuous design of the compensation and benefits roadmap.
6. Provide technical expertise on Workday and comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
7. Conduct high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies, advising on practical alternatives.
8. Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
9. Coordinate configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
10. Document processes in a consistent and simple manner.
11. Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
12. Support and train users as needed.

1. Experience in Workday implementation and support, particularly in Compensation and Adaptive Planning.
2. Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in HRIS implementations, customizing, and maintenance.
3. Knowledge of SAP HR is advantageous.

1. Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
2. Proficiency in writing functional specifications and test cases.
3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English; French is a plus.
4. Customer-service orientation and organizational skills.
5. Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving final objectives.
6. Open-mindedness and curiosity with a flexible and creative mindset.

Proven experience in HRIS teams, specifically with Workday, focusing on Compensation and Adaptive Planning.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
