Richemont HRIS Talent Acquisition Product Specialist

- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure systems support, including incident management and change management.
- Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities, including the development and execution of testing.
- Assist users with appropriate solutions as required.
- Conduct high-level investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies.
- Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
- Coordinate the configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
- Document processes in a consistent and simple manner.
- Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
- Support and train users as needed.
- Support the continuous design of the Talent Acquisition roadmap.
- Provide technical expertise on Talent Acquisition.
- Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.
- At least 4 years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition, working in HRIS teams.
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in HRIS implementations, customizing, or maintenance.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Workday Extend, Orchestrations, and SAP HR is a plus.
- Experience with integration concepts such as API’s, OAuth, and SFTP.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
- Experience in writing functional specifications and test cases.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, customer-service orientation, and organizational abilities.
- Solution-oriented with a strong focus on final objectives.
- Open-minded, curious, flexible, and creative mindset.
At least 4 years of experience in Workday Talent Acquisition within HRIS teams.
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
