Richemont HRIS People Experience Intern

- Collaborate with the HR People Experience team on Learning and Development (L&D) deployment initiatives by organizing content in the Learning Management System and designing program pages.
- Partner with the HR People Experience team and HRIS Talent to support L&D Administrators by providing necessary analytics reports.
- Support Maisons, Regions, Functions, and HR L&D teams on the technical usage of tools, coordinating and resolving support tickets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Availability for a 6-month internship starting from July 1, 2025.
- Mandatory internship agreement with a school or university.
- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of initiative.
- Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Client-oriented mindset with an open-minded approach.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to connect different tools using APIs.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in HRIS and L&D is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with an internship agreement.
