Richemont HRBP Assistant Manager

- Provide advice and guidance to business managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist managers with employee-related issues such as maternity, absence, flexible working, parental leave, and annual leave.
- Support employees throughout the employment lifecycle with information and assistance.
- Conduct research and undertake HR projects as directed by the HRBP director or manager.
- Support employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
- Assist with induction processes for new starters.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes with hiring managers and office TA.
- Issue contracts of employment and manage new starter documentation and processes.
- Monitor and report on the situation of temporary staff in business units.
- Support HRBP head with project management tasks.
- Provide guidance on HR operational procedures and ensure confidentiality.
- Facilitate internal and external communications regarding staff-related matters.
- Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and Workday preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and situations.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Customer-focused mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience in a human resources role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on employee relations and HR operations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
