1. Drive the people agenda for approximately 300 employees, encompassing office and customer service functions.
2. Support Maisons in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering for retail teams.
3. Champion the implementation of HR cycles and processes for talent management and development.
4. Define strategic direction for employee development and training, aligning with the Regional L&D roadmap.
5. Lead team development by inspiring, motivating, and mentoring direct reports.
6. Facilitate employee relations and social dialogue, including work council management and social negotiations.
7. Integrate data and technology by implementing new systems and developing change management strategies.

1. 15+ years of experience in HR or related fields.
2. Strong knowledge of the French market environment and French labor law.
3. Experience in a leadership role within multinational companies.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
2. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships in a matrixed environment.
3. Data-driven with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.

A minimum of 15 years in the HR field or related functions, with significant experience in leadership roles within multinational corporations.
