Richemont Head of Environment, Health & Safety

- Develop and implement Richemont's Health & Safety and Environmental Guidelines in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks across all Richemont locations in the UK.
- Collaborate with third parties to create and maintain Health and Safety and Fire Action Plans.
- Organize and coordinate Health and Safety training to ensure legislative compliance.
- Monitor and review Health and Safety trends within the UK to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct incident and accident investigations, advising on remedial actions and preventative measures.
- Liaise with the Health and Safety Executive and other legislative bodies as required.
- Support the development of measurement systems for accurate monitoring of Health and Safety performance.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities for the Health and Safety department.
- Promote a cohesive team environment with high standards and personal responsibility.
- Represent the Building & Offices team at relevant safety meetings to understand colleague needs and maintain open communication.
- Ensure compliance with CDM and safety regulations in capital projects from design to handover.
- Review internal and external Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Oversee UK reporting tools in collaboration with group and regional teams.
- Work with other departments to create and implement the UK Health and Safety business continuity plan.
- Minimum NEBOSH qualification
- Experience in UK facilities and workplace legislation
- Experience managing risk and compliance topics
- Environmental awareness
- Proven track record of working with large service providers and partners
- Ability to create a positive safety culture
- Proficiency in IT
- Proactive and highly organized
- Confident and clear communication style
- Strong influencing skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
A proven track record in managing Health and Safety in a high-end retail environment is advantageous.
Safety Qualification; minimum NEBOSH qualification required.
