Richemont Head of Environment, Health & Safety

1. Develop and implement Richemont's Health & Safety and Environmental Guidelines in collaboration with senior leadership.
2. Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks across all Richemont locations in the UK.
3. Collaborate with third parties to create and maintain Health and Safety and Fire Action Plans.
4. Organize and coordinate Health and Safety training to ensure legislative compliance.
5. Monitor and review Health and Safety trends within the UK to identify areas for improvement.
6. Conduct incident and accident investigations, advising on remedial actions and preventative measures.
7. Liaise with the Health and Safety Executive and other legislative bodies as required.
8. Support the development of measurement systems for accurate monitoring of Health and Safety performance.
9. Manage budgetary responsibilities for the Health and Safety department.
10. Promote a cohesive team environment with high standards and personal responsibility.
11. Represent the Building & Offices team at relevant safety meetings to understand colleague needs and maintain open communication.
12. Ensure compliance with CDM and safety regulations in capital projects from design to handover.
13. Review internal and external Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
14. Oversee UK reporting tools in collaboration with group and regional teams.
15. Work with other departments to create and implement the UK Health and Safety business continuity plan.

1. Minimum NEBOSH qualification
2. Experience in UK facilities and workplace legislation
3. Experience managing risk and compliance topics
4. Environmental awareness

1. Proven track record of working with large service providers and partners
2. Ability to create a positive safety culture
3. Proficiency in IT
4. Proactive and highly organized
5. Confident and clear communication style
6. Strong influencing skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
7. Flexible and adaptable approach to work

A proven track record in managing Health and Safety in a high-end retail environment is advantageous.

Safety Qualification; minimum NEBOSH qualification required.
