Richemont Group Technology Test Manager

- Define and implement test strategies based on best practices and specific initiative requirements, particularly in alignment with the release plan.
- Document, monitor, and enforce testing processes as per organizational standards.
- Analyze initiative requirements to understand integrated testing efforts and anticipate integration challenges.
- Develop test plans, identify dependencies, and coordinate resources for each test phase.
- Write, review, and validate test case documentation.
- Coordinate test prerequisites including data, configuration, and environment readiness.
- Establish a test traceability matrix to ensure requirements coverage.
- Organize meetings related to integrated testing, including kick-off, follow-up, and closing sessions.
- Execute defect tracking activities, including issue triage and resolution follow-up.
- Prepare and update QA metrics dashboards at the end of each test phase.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's security and compliance requirements across initiatives.
- Coordinate QA engineers, including near-shore teams, to contribute to initiative delivery.
- Apply frameworks, tools, methodologies, and best practices consistently across teams.
- Graduated from an Engineering School with a Master's degree or Bachelor's in business, digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering, or science.
- ISTQB or ISEB certification is suitable.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and other languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in integrated test management in an international context.
- Past experience as a QA engineer is highly suitable.
- Proven history of leading QA activities with full responsibility for deliverables.
- Proven ability to perform and organize end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience in retail and/or e-commerce domains.
- Experience in system integration and data migration projects is a strong plus.
- Development background is a plus.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, customer-oriented.
- Dynamic and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate with technical and business audiences via appropriate channels.
- Quick learning ability and capability to think outside the box to recommend solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of JIRA and SAP environments, especially Zephyr and Solution Manager.
5 to 10 years of experience in integrated test management within an international context, with a proven track record in leading QA activities and organizing end-to-end testing.
Graduated from an Engineering School with a Master's degree or Bachelor's in business, digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering, or science.
