- Support the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in global Talent strategic projects.
- Coordinate initiatives and projects to drive Talent transformation.
- Collaborate with Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions, and functions to create and update HR materials and toolkits.
- Assist in analytics and reporting initiatives, including data analysis to track successes.
- Support Talent processes, including analysis and review of Talent programs and tools.
- Facilitate Talent training activities related to Talent and tools.
- Educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting 01.07.2025.
- Possession of an internship agreement with a school/university.
- Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with technology and data analysis.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on improving the status quo.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes.
- High attention to detail.
No prior experience is required, but familiarity with project management, HR, or data analytics is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
