1. Support the Group Talent Operations Senior Manager in global Talent strategic projects.
2. Coordinate initiatives and projects to drive Talent transformation.
3. Collaborate with Group Talent team, Maisons, Regions, and functions to create and update HR materials and toolkits.
4. Assist in analytics and reporting initiatives, including data analysis to track successes.
5. Support Talent processes, including analysis and review of Talent programs and tools.
6. Facilitate Talent training activities related to Talent and tools.

1. Educational background in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
2. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting 01.07.2025.
3. Possession of an internship agreement with a school/university.

1. Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
2. Proficiency with technology and data analysis.
3. Strong business mindset with a focus on improving the status quo.
4. Excellent written and oral English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to plan, coordinate, and adapt quickly to changes.
6. High attention to detail.

No prior experience is required, but familiarity with project management, HR, or data analytics is advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
