Richemont Group Internal Communication Project Manager

- Manage internal communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

- Oversee global staff sales communication initiatives.
- Research, write, edit, and produce high-quality communication materials for various internal channels.
- Adapt content to suit diverse audiences and objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate multilingual translations as required by project scope.
- Manage and update content on the Richemont intranet and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, providing actionable insights.
- Support the development and execution of communication plans for corporate news and transformation initiatives.
- Assist in highlighting the activities and heritage of Maisons and Foundations.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with native English fluency.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficiency with content management systems and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Additional language skills in French, German, or Italian are advantageous.
3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
