Richemont General Ledger Accountant

1. Manage treasury operations, including bank balance reviews and fund transfers.
2. Ensure no duplicate payments to vendors and timely processing of tax and duty payments.
3. Collaborate with banks to ensure compliance with central bank payment regulations.
4. Prepare actual cash flow reports.
5. Follow up on goods in transit status and validate intercompany statements.
6. Prepare intercompany netting payment processes and monthly GIT accruals.
7. Act as a liaison for Maisons in resolving stock purchase order issues.
8. Ensure timely lease accounting with RE-FX in SAP and manage monthly closing postings.
9. Prepare general account breakdowns and monthly management and boutique reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in FMCG AP/AR, audit, or reconciliation.

1. Proficiency in business English communication, both written and verbal.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
3. Experience with SAP is preferred.
4. Strong compliance mindset.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent time management skills.
7. Process-driven and systematic approach.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
9. High stress tolerance.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG accounts payable/accounts receivable, audit, or reconciliation is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
