1. Gather requirements and identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning, and Internal Controls.
2. Develop, optimize, and maintain existing BI or automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the company's environment and compliance requirements.
3. Create comprehensive documentation to support and maintain business processes and data analysis/automation efforts.
4. Translate complex data insights into actionable solutions.
5. Leverage and implement the latest available technologies and tools in collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group Technology.

1. University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
3. Strong track record of successfully driving end-to-end projects with concrete business outcomes through data analysis and automation.

1. Proficiency with data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Looker.
2. Hands-on experience with data modeling and data transformation/cleaning using SQL, PowerQuery, and programming languages/algorithms.
3. Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and/or UiPath.
4. Experience with data management in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous.
5. High ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of complex data.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all organizational levels.
7. Agility to work in a complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment.

2 to 4 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an international and matrix environment.

University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
