Richemont Customer Service Administrator

- Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of client repairs as per brand standards.
- Complete daily registration, estimates, and invoicing tasks.
- Handle post opening, registration of received products, and creation of cost estimates.
- Perform billing activities following quality control completion.
- Monitor and process general queries in shared email inbox.
- Manage eyewear repairs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- Record tracking details accurately and report discrepancies.
- Identify client accounts and product conditions, and transfer to diagnosis team.
- Create repair cost estimates and understand product catalogues and brand policies.
- Perform final control and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and conformity.
- Maintain a tidy and secure work environment.
- Propose improvements to aftersales service procedures and participate in team meetings.
- Customer-focused approach

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within the luxury sector is advantageous.
