- Analyze internal production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, proposing corrective and improvement actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
- Train and engage personnel on Lean principles and continuous improvement culture.
- Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Google Looker or Power BI is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
